Job Summary
Lead and manage HR-related IT projects, with a focus on learning, talent, time, and labor modules in Oracle Fusion. Define and prioritize product roadmaps, work closely with HR and IT stakeholders, collaborate with the development team, conduct user acceptance testing, provide functional and technical expertise, ensure data integrity and security, stay updated with industry trends, document and maintain comprehensive product documentation, foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on HR systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion, including its HR modules and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Pay
Maximum Salary: $161,500
Minimum Salary: $104,200
