Responsibilities
- Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments
- Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians
- Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response
- Support staff development and performance management
- Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives
- Drive continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP required
- BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Minimum three years discipline-specific experience
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
