Therapy Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatment plans.
- Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
- Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
- Support staff development and performance management.
- Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Drive continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP.
- BLS (CPR) certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum three years of discipline‑specific experience.
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
