Therapy Supervisor
About the role
Therapy Supervisors at SOL Mental Health take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team. You will partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff, and coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers.
This role includes maintaining a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills, providing coaching and support, participating in the hiring process, identifying training needs for clinical team members, and leading case consultation sessions. You will provide clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort, while continuing to provide direct patient care.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Colorado (CO) with an LCSW
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current independent clinical license in Colorado
- Minimum of 3-5 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities
- Experience with EHR systems

Pay
$80,000 salary plus an additional bonus of up to $20,000 a year (paid out quarterly based on metrics met).
