Responsibilities

• Manage staff recruitment and performance evaluations
• Provide clinical supervision, including for Interns
• Deliver direct patient care
• Develop and monitor treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
• Conduct staff check-ins
• Manage scheduling
• Review productivity and caseloads

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Unrestricted license in a relevant field
• At least three years of behavioral health experience, preferably in an FQHC or community health setting
