Therapy Development Manager, DBS - U.S.

The Opportunity

The Therapy Development Manager works in partnership with the US sales organization to help establish new accounts, sustain existing accounts, rescue endangered accounts, engage and develop KOLs, launch new products, platforms and indications, and provide advanced technical support for difficult cases.

Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines (enabling technologies).

The Therapy Development Manager additionally works in partnership with the global marketing organization to support new hire, advanced, and field-based sales training, global conferences, global product launches, professional education events, and provides expert feedback to upstream marketing, downstream marketing and business development organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific/medical field, marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device product areas or related disciplines, including direct sales experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in therapy-specific role.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support business activities. (50%)

Pay

$99,300.00 – $198,700.00
