Therapy Clinical Directors at PsychPlus are integral to our mission of increasing patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The role involves overseeing therapy sessions in an in-person/hybrid setting in Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions in an in-person/hybrid setting
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Licensed in South Carolina as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in-state
• At least 1 year of experience as a Therapy Clinical Director

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and experience in mental health
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
• Experience with technology integration in mental health settings
