Therapy Clinical Directors at PSYCHPLUS are integral to our mission of improving patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The role involves overseeing therapy sessions, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring high-quality care in an In-Person/Hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions and provide clinical guidance
• Ensure adherence to treatment plans and protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
• Provide supervision to therapists as required by state licensing

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in state
• At least one year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or similar

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders
• Experience in managing a team of therapists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
