Therapy Clinical Directors at PSYCHPLUS are integral to our mission of increasing patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The role involves overseeing therapy sessions in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions in an In-Person/Hybrid setting
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in-state
• At least 1 year of experience as a Therapy Clinical Director (LPC-S, LSCW-S, or equivalent)

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with technology integration in mental health settings

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
