Therapy Clinical Directors at PsychPlus are integral to our mission of improving patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The role involves overseeing therapy services in an in-person/hybrid setting in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy services in an in-person/hybrid setting
• Supervise and mentor therapists to ensure high-quality care
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in-state
• At least 1 year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in-state
