About the role

We are seeking a Therapy Clinical Director to lead our mental health services in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in Amarillo, TX. Our mission is to enhance patient access to mental health resources through technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff
• Develop and implement clinical protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide consultation and training to staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in-state
• At least 1 year of experience as a Therapy Clinical Director

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in providing therapy services
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
