About the role

Therapy Clinical Directors at PsychPlus are integral to our mission of improving patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. This role is based in an In-Person/Hybrid setting in El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality care
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and training programs
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
• Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S), Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S), or equivalent
• Experience as a Therapy Clinical Director preferred
• Ability to supervise in-state licensure required

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

$90–$100k – commensurate with experience
