Therapy Clinical Directors at PsychPlus are integral to our mission of improving patient access to mental health resources through technology-enhanced care. The role involves overseeing therapy sessions in an in-person/hybrid setting in McAllen, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy sessions in an in-person/hybrid setting
• Supervise and mentor therapists to ensure quality care
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or capable of supervising in-state
• At least 1 year of experience in a Therapy Clinical Director role

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and experience in mental health
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

$90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
