- Oversee therapy services in an In-Person/Hybrid setting
- Supervise licensed therapists as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or those able to supervise in state
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Licensed in MI as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or able to supervise in state
- At least 1 year of experience in Therapy Clinical Director role as LPC-S, LSCW-S, or able to supervise in state
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health treatment
- Experience in managing a team of therapists
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
