Therapy Client Care Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Uses initiative and good judgment to identify and solve problems
- Maintains an excellent rapport with clients and clinicians, engaging in interpersonal relationships
- Builds schedules between the therapists and families
Qualifications
- Customer service or client liaison experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required)
Pay
Anticipated Pay Range: $18 to $22 per hour
Schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime business hours (on-site)

About the Role
The Therapy CCC will be strong in customer orientation and demonstrate the ability to adapt/respond to different types of client situations. Through excellent communication/presentation skills, strong phone contact handling skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, the CCC will provide excellent HALOS service to AOC clients.
