Therapy Client Care Coordinator
About the role
The Therapy Client Care Coordinator (CCC) plays a vital position within the AOC agency, requiring a strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different client situations. The CCC will provide excellent service to AOC clients through excellent communication and presentation skills, strong phone contact handling skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Uses initiative and good judgment to identify and solve problems
- Maintains an excellent rapport with clients and clinicians, engaging in interpersonal relationships
- Builds schedules between the therapists and families
Qualifications
- Customer service or client liaison experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay and Schedule
Anticipated Pay Range: $18 to $22 per hour. Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime business hours (on-site)
