About the role
Provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to youth in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other professionals to support client progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed to practice as a therapist in your state
- Experience working with youth in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening test
Skills
- Therapeutic techniques for youth populations
