Youth and Family Therapist

Your Role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling directly in homes and community settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each youth’s needs
Facilitate behavioral interventions and management strategies
Actively participate in Child and Family Team meetings
Collaborate regularly with case managers, schools, and other community supports

What We're Looking For

• Master’s Degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current New Jersey State licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LSW)
• Passion for working with children and adolescents (minimum of one year relevant experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged!)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make an impact
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
