Therapist-Speech - PRN

This role involves evaluating and assessing patients to establish functional goals aimed at restoring abilities, then providing treatment aligned with the plan of care. Key responsibilities include: Conducting evaluations based on subjective and objective data,Communicating assessment results to patients and caregivers,Implementing and documenting therapeutic interventions,Reassessing patient progress and adjusting plans accordingly,Providing discharge planning, patient/family education, and referrals,Supervising students and support staff,Participating in quality improvement activities, andCompleting assigned goals. Qualifications and skills: Entry-level experience, basic computer literacy, and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).
