Therapist - MST (Full-Time/Part-Time)

The MST (Multi-systemic Therapy) Mental Health Professional provides intensive home and community-based therapy to families with adolescents displaying social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities Include Completing training, supervision, and consultation Conducting assessments and developing measurable, sustainable treatment goals Providing therapy to explore personal and interpersonal dynamics Documenting case progress and maintaining accurate records Handling administrative tasks like billing and compliance Intervening in crisis situations Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work At least one year of experience working with children and families in mental health or related settings Clinical experience in family, child, behavior, individual therapies, group counseling, and crisis intervention Skills And Attributes Strong clinical practice skills Ability to work collaboratively Flexibility and commitment to ongoing professional development Ability to handle crisis situations This role offers opportunities for training, supervision, career growth, and work-life balance in a supportive environment.
