Therapist - MST (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About the role

The MST (Multi-systemic Therapy) Mental Health Professional provides intensive home and community-based therapy to families with adolescents displaying social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Complete training, supervision, and consultation
• Conduct assessments and develop measurable, sustainable treatment goals
• Provide therapy to explore personal and interpersonal dynamics
• Document case progress and maintain accurate records
• Handle administrative tasks like billing and compliance
• Intervene in crisis situations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
• At least one year of experience working with children and families in mental health or related settings
• Clinical experience in family, child, behavior, individual therapies, group counseling, and crisis intervention
