Responsibilities
- Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed.
- Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with assigned model.
- Conduct assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and individualized treatment planning.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the assigned model.
- Participate in all model training, supervision, consultation activities, and staff meetings.
- Build relationships with community stakeholders (i.e., child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, judges, schools, etc.) to ensure cooperation among service providers.
- Manage extensive documentation requirements to successfully comply with various mandates from agency, ACS, and other stakeholders, including model.
- Timely documentation of contacts and case progress in the provided agency electronic health records and other systems as applicable.
- Absorb a strength-focused approach with families, stakeholders, and within the program/treatment team.
- Ability to accompany families/clients to psychiatric appointments and other community needs appointments.
- Attend weekly supervision and consultation and on-call meetings.
- Manage extensive travel requirements.
- Provide 24/7 coverage during the week and participate on a weekend on-call rotational schedule as applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related subject area.

- Regular supervision and performance evaluation of direct reports.
- Any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned.
Pay
Salary Range: $67,632.38 /year + $3,000 MST-PRV Additive + $3,500 - Bilingual Additive (as applicable) + $1,000 – Provisional Licensure Additive (as applicable) + $4,000 – Full Licensure Additive (as applicable)
