Therapist - MST-PREV

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed.
• Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with assigned model.
• Conduct assessments, including reviewing referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and individualized treatment planning.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts.
• Participate in all model training, supervision, consultation activities, and staff meetings.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders to ensure cooperation among service providers.
• Manage extensive documentation requirements to comply with various mandates.
• Timely documentation of contacts and case progress in agency electronic health records and other systems.
• Adopt a strength-focused approach with families, stakeholders, and within the program/treatment team.
• Able to accompany families/clients to psychiatric appointments and other community needs appointments.
• Attend weekly supervision and consultation and on-call meetings.
• Manage extensive travel requirements.
• Provide 24/7 coverage during the week and participate on a weekend on-call rotational schedule as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related subject area.
• Education Required: Master’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution.
• Salary Range: $67,632.38/year + $3,000 MST-PRV Additive + $3,500 - Bilingual Additive (as applicable) + $1,000 – Provisional Licensure Additive (as applicable) + $4,000 – Full Licensure Additive (as applicable).
