About the role
We are seeking a licensed Therapist for an inpatient behavioral health setting to provide high-quality clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy for patients with psychological, emotional, or substance use issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Participate in treatment planning and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Facilitate family communication and discharge coordination
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, TJC)
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current state license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification
- Handle with Care training within 30 days of hire
