About the role

We are seeking a licensed Therapist for an inpatient behavioral health setting to provide high-quality clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy for patients with psychological, emotional, or substance use issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Participate in treatment planning and crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Facilitate family communication and discharge coordination
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, TJC)

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Current state license in good standing
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Handle with Care training within 30 days of hire
