About the Role

As a Therapist, you will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, provide family counseling, and participate actively in treatment planning. You will communicate effectively with patients, families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members, ensuring thorough documentation, crisis intervention, and assessing patients using clinical skills. You will support care coordination, discharge planning, and adhere to confidentiality and legal standards such as HIPAA, TJC, Medicaid, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy and family sessions
• Engage in treatment planning and clinical assessments
• Communicate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in crisis intervention and ensure patient safety
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Support discharge and after-care planning

Requirements

• Current state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, MFT, LMSW)
• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days)
• ACLS and PALS certifications (required within six months)

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience
• ASLS certification
