Therapist - Child & Adolescent - PHP/IOP

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Assess patients' needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques
• Educate patients about their mental health and treatment options
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality
• Participate in continuing education to stay updated on best practices
• Report and document suspected cases of abuse and neglect
• Communicate assertively and accurately
• Support changes in staffing/scheduling assignments
• Participate in clinical initiatives and projects
• Comply with regulatory agency compliance regulations
• Ensure patient and facility safety
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy from an accredited school
• Experience in health care and psychiatric settings preferred
• In-training licensure as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent in state practicing
• Substance use credentialing required if applicable
• Knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups
• Compliance with RCC and CBRF training and certifications

Qualifications

• Current and active driver's license for residential programs (preferred)
• Compliance with regulatory agency compliance regulations

Pay

Compensation for this role is between $29.53 - $55.65 per hour, with placement in the range varying based on years of experience and education.

Schedule

Full-time - 40 hours/week Monday - Friday 10:30a-7p
