About the role

The Therapist in Training will join the Family Preservation Team, providing in-home therapy to children, youth, and adults enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services across multiple counties. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers flexible scheduling to balance client needs and professional goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services tailored to individuals and families
• Develop goal-focused, individualized service plans in collaboration with clients
• Provide services in diverse settings such as homes, community locations, or offices
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per agency and funding standards
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and community partners

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Relevant practicum experience
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
