About the role

Provide in-home therapy to individuals and families in community settings as part of a dedicated team in the Family Preservation Program. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers flexible scheduling so you can design hours to meet client needs and support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services based on assigned programs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-focused service plans.
• Deliver services in homes, community locations, or offices.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency and funding requirements.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Relevant practicum experience.
• Eligibility for a Wisconsin “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Work Environment
