About the role
Join a dedicated team as a Therapist in Training within the Family Preservation Program, providing in-home therapy to individuals and families in need. In this full-time, benefit-eligible role, you will collaborate with clients to develop personalized service plans, deliver evidence-based, strength-focused interventions in various settings, and maintain accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals and families
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
- Support clients in achieving their goals
- Develop and maintain personalized service plans
- Deliver evidence-based, strength-focused interventions in homes, schools, and community settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Relevant practicum experience
- Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
Work environment
