About the role
This is a bachelor’s level dual position where you would be taking cases as both a Therapeutic Training & Support Staff (TT&S) in the IHT program and a Therapeutic Mentor (TM) in the TM Program. Fuller Hospital is currently evaluating applicants that are available to work part time, 24 hours per week, and/or Per Diem.
Responsibilities
- Within the IHT program, the bachelors level TT&S works alongside a master's level In-Home Therapist to provide mental and behavioral health services to children/adolescents and their families in their homes.
- The IHT facilitates family sessions that the TT&S would also co-facilitate when able.
- The TT&S also works with the client individually, practicing and building the various skills they’ve learned.
- Within the TM program, the TM takes the client out into the community to work on skill building and and identifying community resources.
- The TM will have a MA level “Hub” (either an ICC, IHT, or OPT already on the client’s case) whom they will speak with weekly and obtain guidance with interventions and treatment.
Requirements
- Education: bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least 2 years working with children/adolescents.
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience preferred.

Pay
- Salary range: To be determined based on experience and qualifications.
