About the role

High Point is seeking a Full-Time Therapeutic Mentor / TT&S to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Have a passion for supporting youth with behavioral, emotional, and social difficulties
  • Compliance with and working knowledge of all applicable HPTC policies and program procedures including but not limited to those relating to ethics/boundaries, confidentiality, and duties of role
  • Ability to perform as a role model, teaching and supporting with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback
  • Open to the respect of culture and diversity
  • Excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail
  • Investigate and develop community contacts and cooperative networks with other community groups and agencies

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and one year of related experience working with youth
  • Any compensation range provided is an estimate based on current market data

Pay

Pay Range: $29 to $34 (experience & education dependent)
