As we prepare to open our new Hyannis facility in October 2026, we are excited to welcome a thoughtful, experienced leader to help bring this vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Have a passion for supporting youth with behavioral, emotional, and social difficulties
• Compliance with and working knowledge of all applicable HPTC policies and program procedures including but not limited to those relating to ethics/boundaries, confidentiality, and duties of role
• Able to perform as a role model, teaching and supporting with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to accept and provide constructive feedback
• Open to the respect of culture and diversity
• Excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Ability to complete documentation requirements in a timely manner with the use of an electronic health record
• Investigate and develop community contacts and cooperative networks with other community groups and agencies

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and one year of related experience working with youth

Qualifications

Pay

Pay Range: $22 to $27 (experience & education dependent)
