About the role

This is a supervisory position within the Therapeutic Recreation department at MDH Eastern Shore Hospital Center.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate therapeutic recreation services for patients
• Develop, implement, and evaluate recreation therapy programs
• Assess patient needs and develop individual treatment plans
• Lead and mentor therapeutic recreation staff
• Maintain documentation and participate in treatment team meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
• Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)
• Supervisory experience in therapeutic recreation
• Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting

Pay

$67,309.00 - $87,079.00/year, with potential growth to $106,155.00/year
