Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist

About the role

Ravenwood Health is hiring Full Time Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist (TBS) due to exciting program expansion and our recent merger. Open positions are currently available in the following programs: Child and Family, Crisis Support, Residential, Senior Support, and Mental Health and Substance Abuse.

Responsibilities

• Providing case management services to individual clients or groups
• Problem solving and navigation of services with clients and their families
• Coinciding services with other providers
• Participating with other clinical staff as a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team
• Completing all documentation in a timely manner according to the policies of Ravenwood Health, the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addition Services, and Joint Commissions, and providing necessary data for statistical and billing purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• In lieu of education, three years minimum relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check
