Key Responsibilities

• Launch, Build, & Lead Business Setup & Strategic Launch
• Establish Operational Foundation
• Execute the pre-opening marketing plan
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
• Manage initial enrollment projections
• Team Building & Culture Creation
• Hire the entire founding staff
• Design and lead the comprehensive initial training program
• Establish and champion the fun, high-energy, and professional culture
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Manage day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Management experience leading a team and responsible for revenue and profitability
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of hiring, training, and motivating staff
• Excellent time management skills
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Loves to have fun and finds joy in making others smile
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
