Position Summary

The administrator oversees all aspects of resident life including satisfaction, health status, safety, security, and rights. The administrator promotes and ensures the highest quality care and quality of life to the residents we serve.

Minimum Qualifications

• RN or LPN
• Organized and detailed in work performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to demonstrate self-discipline and patience
• Strong customer service skills with marketing and sales experience preferred
• Experience managing independent housing cooperatives preferred
• Genuine caring for and interest in working seniors
• Experience with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements for senior housing environments preferred

Essential Duties

• Oversee all aspects of resident life including satisfaction, health status, safety, security, and rights
• Promote and ensure the highest quality care and quality of life to the residents we serve
• Direct and manage the daily operations in accordance with applicable state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as directed by the organization
• Ensure First Atlantic properties operate effectively and efficiently
