Director of Residential Services
Director of ACCS Residential Services role with an annual salary range of $90K-$92K.
About the role
Provide direct supervision and oversight of all residential services in the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) GLEs. Oversee treatment and clinical documentation in compliance with the Department of Mental Health Rehab Option standards.
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision and oversight of residential services within ACCS
- Ensure compliance with Department of Mental Health Rehab Option standards for treatment and clinical documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree with independent licensure (LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC), or license eligible
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience of at least 3 years
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and partner with senior leadership
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of evidenced-based practices and modalities in mental health treatment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care
