Position Summary

The Residential Services Director leads, directs, and manages the day-to-day operations of The Inn at Atlantic Heights, a Residential Care Community and Independent Living Cooperative. This role is guided by the Mission Statement and Values, focusing on four Key Attributes for Success: Resident Satisfaction, Health Status, Safety, and Security. The administrator ensures the highest quality care and quality of life for residents by overseeing all aspects of their lives, adhering to applicable state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• RN or LPN
• Organized and detailed in work performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with self-discipline and patience
• Strong customer service skills with marketing and sales experience preferred
• Experience managing independent housing cooperatives preferred
• Genuine caring for and interest in working seniors
• Experience with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements for senior housing environments preferred

Essential Duties

• Promote and ensure the highest quality care and quality of life to residents
• Oversee all aspects of resident life including satisfaction, health status, safety, security, and rights
• Role model behavior consistent with the Mission and Values
• Participate in activities, town hall meetings, and with residential care and independent living customers to demonstrate concern for their well-being, compassion for their challenges, timely meeting of expectations, and dedication to their life quality
