About the role

The Director of Residential Services oversees all aspects of residential programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential programs
• Develop and implement strategic plans for residential services
• Lead and mentor a team of residential staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., social work, psychology)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential care or related field
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Certified in relevant areas (e.g., CPR, First Aid)
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
