Director Of Residential Services
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple CILA residential programs.
- Lead, coach, and support Program Managers to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Illinois OHS regulations, QlDP standards, and agency policies and procedures.
- Monitor program quality, outcomes, and individual satisfaction; implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and empower staff through mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners.
- Participate in budgeting and resource management for assigned programs.
- Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across residential services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- QIDP Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Illinois OHS regulations, residential operations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
