THE FUTURE OF SELF‑SERVICE PERMIT PORTALS FOR OPERATORS AND DISPATCHERS

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flight Permit Specialist to join our global trip-support team. In this role, you will use our proprietary SkyPermits platform to secure overflight and landing permits, coordinate airport slots, and ensure every flight operates in full compliance with international aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and track overflight, landing, and diplomatic-clearance permits via the SkyPermits self-service portal.
• Upload, validate, and submit required documentation (aircraft registration, insurance, crew/passenger manifests, flight plans).
• Monitor real-time permit status and escalate any delays or discrepancies to the operations team.
• Coordinate with civil-aviation authorities, handling agents, and internal dispatchers to expedite approvals.
• Maintain secure, encrypted records of all permit-related data in compliance with ICAO and local regulations.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent permit requests and last-minute schedule changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in flight-permit coordination, trip support, or aviation operations.
• Familiarity with international aviation regulations (ICAO, FAA, EASA) and country-specific permit requirements.
• Proficiency with permit-management software; experience with SkyPermits is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
