Pay
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time, in-spec delivery of chemicals and gases to the customer
- Maintain all chemical and gas distribution systems
- Manage operations workforce and ensure employee training, including Safety Training
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage succession planning for the operation
- Control operations costs and coordinate with account managers and customers
- Serve as Hazardous Waste Supervisor, ensuring facility compliance, proper documentation, and procedures for materials processed or shipped off-site
- Handle emergency and spill response notifications, maintain knowledge of Federal/State hazardous waste regulations, and promote waste minimization programs
- Demonstrate safety leadership as a primary accountability
- Coordinate with other TGCM Managers to share best practices
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Keep all required documentation current for OSHA, ISO, Air Liquide America, and customer audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Sciences/Business or equivalent
- 3+ years of management experience
- Good team leadership skills
- Solid understanding of chemical/gas distribution systems (fluid dynamics)
- Strong emphasis on safety
- Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Operations management experience
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Industrial gas experience
