TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary teams through the complete product lifecycle.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and mitigation plans.Coordinate software, controls, hardware, systems, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.Drive multi-site deployment planning and launch readiness.Manage technical development, integration, testing, and deployment of automation, robotics, and electromechanical systems.Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies.Establish program management processes, governance, and reporting standards.Provide executive-level updates on program status, risks, milestones, and deliverables.Mentor teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 10+ years leading complex technical programs in automation, robotics, manufacturing, or capital equipment.7+ years of program management experience leading large-scale initiatives.Strong experience in NPI, product development, systems integration, and deployment.Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.Strong project planning, risk management, leadership, and communication skills.PMP certification preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MS/MBA is a plus.
