About the role
Supports the development and implementation of instructional strategies that enhance student learning outcomes in English Language Arts (ELA).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in ELA classes.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement differentiated instruction plans.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to improve academic performance.
- Conduct professional development sessions for other educators.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of curriculum materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Teaching certification in ELA.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of current ELA standards and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
