About the role

Supports special education teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies and interventions. Facilitates professional development and coaching sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to special education teachers.
• Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and provide feedback to teachers.
• Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certificate in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teachers.
• Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of special education best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using technology for instructional delivery and data analysis.
