About the role
Supports the development and implementation of instructional strategies that enhance student learning outcomes in English Language Arts (ELA).
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver professional development workshops for teachers.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on teacher lesson plans and classroom practices.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement and refine ELA curriculum.
- Assist in the assessment and improvement of student performance in ELA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in ELA.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teachers.
- Strong knowledge of ELA standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and administrators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of ELA curriculum and standards.
