As an Instructional Coach, you will provide expert guidance to school leadership and staff, empowering teachers with proven strategies aimed at enhancing student success. Your role will be integral in implementing The Bailey Way, which emphasizes impactful, results-driven education.
Responsibilities
- Guide K-2 teachers in early literacy instruction.
- Mentor and coach educators to improve classroom practices and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with school leadership to implement The Bailey Way and drive continuous improvement.
- Share expertise in state standards for Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
- Inspire and motivate teachers and school leadership to embrace innovation.
Requirements
- Content expert in Early Literacy for grades K-2.
- Experience as a retired or former educator.
- Charismatic and driven personality with the ability to inspire change.
- Familiarity with educational software and tools to monitor progress.
