Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to school leadership and staff, empowering teachers with proven strategies aimed at enhancing student success.
- Implement The Bailey Way, emphasizing impactful, results-driven education.
- Mentor teachers in early math (grades K-2) to improve instructional practices and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with school teams to foster continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Requirements
- Content expert in Early Math for grades K-2.
- Experience as an educator, preferably retired or former.
- Charismatic and driven personality to inspire and motivate teachers and school leadership.
- Familiarity with educational software or tools to implement best practices and monitor progress.
