Testing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop automated testing of software applications for functionality, interoperability, security, and usability based on requirements and specifications.
• Maintain and enhance testing tools and environment on Linux, Windows, and/or Macintosh operating systems.
• Interact with developers and business analysts to communicate needs and document outcomes.
• Write and update documentation for end-users and technical staff.
• Perform other support tasks (e.g., hardware administration, website development), as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education, training, and experience that equates to a Bachelor's degree.
• Testing certificate from ASTQB.
• Software Development experience using Java, Python.
• Experience with source code change-control systems (e.g. Git).
• Experience testing using Selenium.
• Build tools (e.g. maven).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Cucumber).
• Experience with remote testing tools (e.g. Browserstack).
• Experience with Kanban.

Pay Band 4
Overtime Status: Exempt - Not eligible for overtime
Appointment Type: Regular
Salary Information: $51,728 - $56,718
Hours per week: 40
