Testing Services Specialist
About the role
Responsible for the input of student information, as well as the completion of required testing processes within the test management system. Proctor, administer, and process accurate and secure exams within a team environment that involves extensive one-on-one interaction and engagement with students, faculty, staff, and community members while complying with applicable government, corporate, academic, and department mandates.
Responsibilities
- Proctor exams in a testing lab or virtually to maintain a secure and accessible testing environment
- Maintain compliance and required certifications set by federal/state mandates and external testing companies
- Ensure completed exams are returned to appropriate faculty or external testing organization
- Assist with the maintenance of the testing equipment and ensure testing environment is optimal for testers
Requirements
- Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline
- Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
- Requires a Associate's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Testing and/or teaching work experience with adolescents or adults
- Experience with student record databases
- Community college experience

Pay
$16.68-$21.23 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.
Schedule
Work Schedule, Hours per week: 8:00am - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, 12 hours per week
