We are looking for a high-output Recruiter to help scale our team across engineering, AI, product, GTM, and operations. You will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity, managing candidates through process, and closing exceptional hires quickly and thoughtfully. This role requires sharp instincts, operational excellence, and a strong sense of ownership, with the opportunity to partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and hiring managers across the business. You will be joining a team that sees recruiting not as a support function, but as a competitive advantage. You will be expected to run aggressive outbound campaigns, pitch candidates at the highest level, and move fast — while contributing to our systems, process improvements, and candidate experience along the way.
