About the role

We are looking for a high-output Recruiter to help scale our team across engineering, AI, product, GTM, and operations. You will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity, managing candidates through process, and closing exceptional hires quickly and thoughtfully. This role requires sharp instincts, operational excellence, and a strong sense of ownership, with the opportunity to partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and hiring managers across the business. You will be joining a team that sees recruiting not as a support function, but as a competitive advantage.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, business, and operations functions
• Source and engage candidates aggressively, through referrals, outbound, and creative tactics
• Run point on scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and high-integrity experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to clarify needs, shape scorecards, and define interview processes
• Help iterate on recruiting operations, tools, and reporting to improve speed and consistency
• Contribute to onboarding, employer branding, and candidate experience projects as needed
• Uphold Tandem's high hiring bar by pushing for better calibration, feedback quality, and process discipline
